International 'Flyway Workshop' in Wilhelmshaven, Germany

Hamburg National Park applies for Wadden Sea World Heritage

Hamburg signed World Heritage Site Nomination

On 20 December, the lord mayor of Hamburg Christoph Ahlhaus signed the request to incorporate the Hamburg Wadden Sea National Park into the Wadden Sea World Heritage property. The request will also be signed by Federal Environment Minister, Dr. Norbert Röttgen and be submitted to the UNESCO World Heritage Center in Paris in January 2011. [more]
